Sanpei Yuuko is the guest seiyuu in this episode. Many people may recognize her as Renton Thurston from “Eureka 7″. I thought her seiyuu work in this episode just made it that much more enjoyable. I don’t remember if we get to see Linali’s anti-akuma weapon in this story. Regardless, I hope they do it justice when we do get to see it. This episode provides a bit of Allen’s background information, but we’ll have to wait until the next episode to learn the details of how he he became cursed. Overall I didn’t enjoy this episode as much as the previous one. The comparison may be a little unfair since the previous episode was the climax of Allen’s first mission. Nevertheless, this was still worthwhile to watch.
