Now we get a Kotoha episode. Although this is mainly about Kotoha, we still do learn a bit more about Kuon’s situation. In terms of humour, it was pretty minimal in this episode. Some scenes had a bit of humour, but nothing hilarious like I’d come to expect from a Gokujou Seitokai episode. It was nice to see Kotoha accepting Kuon as a member of the student council again though. The final scene where we got to see Kotoha blush was a nice surprise.

This was a pretty big episode. First, we finally get to hear Kotoha Kutsugi talk. She has been in the series since the beginning but we’ve never gotten real scenes with her in it until now. We also learn Kuon’s reason for being in the student council. It wasn’t something I had expected at all. The animation quality for Kanade seemed particularly good in this episode as well. I hope they will keep this quality up.

Gunlex: So we learn why Minamo is such a brat. It doesn’t make a whole lot of sense but you still can’t help but feel sorry for her. Gotta love Seina though. We got to see another side of her in this episode. I wish there were more scenes with her in it. We get a new ending for the series as well. I’m glad they kept the same art style for the ending. It looks great just like the first ending sequence.

Gunlex: The episode focuses on Kanade and Nanaho’s past. We learn a lot about the two. So it’s confirmed that Kanade has some special powers but doesn’t like to use it. I thought it was a good episode even without the usual humor mixed in. With all the training Nanaho has, I wonder why she uses a yo-yo for her primary weapon. Unless it’s something like Killua’s from HunterXHunter. There’s also a new mystery transfer student, Katsura Minamo, who shows up at the end of the episode. I didn’t expect this turn of events at all. I thought it would end on a cheerful note like how it usually does.

Gunlex: I was hoping to see Quon and Seina play soccer in this episode. At least we got to see Mayura play a bit. Most of the episode was enjoyable, most of it. I thought the rival school was really annoying. Hopefully we won’t be seeing them again. This was definately not the best episode thus far, but it was still an entertaining nonetheless.

Gunlex: The swimsuit episode. At least I thought it would be. We only get to see a bit of it in the end of the episode. Although I didn’t see what I was expecting, it was still entertaining. More Quon would have been nice.

Gunlex: We get Sayuri’s story this time around. I didn’t enjoy it as much as the other episodes. Although Cindi’s “God damn” was hilarious though. It wasn’t a complete waste by a long shot. We learn quite a bit about Sayuri’s past and personality. Even though Reina and Sayuri are childhood friends, they’re completely opposite from one another.

Gunlex: Baka. This episode has its humorous moments, but less than what we’ve seen previously. Seeing Cyndi and Rein trying to study was amusing. We learn that academics isn’t exactly Rino’s forte. After seeing this episode I like Kaori a lot more now.

Gunlex: Another fun episode to watch. Every episode has been enjoyable so far. This time we get to see another side of Mayura. Casual Mayura was more entertaining to watch than her usual number-crunching and budget-complaining side. It was too bad we didn’t get to see much of Mayura outside of school. Even though Cindy’s lines were pretty much limited to a word or two, I thought they were pretty funny.

Gunlex: So we learn a bit more about Bucchan in this episode. I found it entertaining to hear his voice change depending on whose hand Bucchan was on. I personally love the art used during the ending. I look foward to future episodes of this series.
