Gunlex: Loveless was one of the surprise series of the season. I don’t have any interest in yaoi so I thought I would pass on the series after the first episode. The series has many good things about it that made me watch on until the end. I wouldn’t say the ending was perfect. As a matter of fact, it was a bit disappointing. However, if I take into account that they only had 12 episodes to work with then the ending isn’t that bad. The series is definately open to a second season since there are still many unanswered questions. I wouldn’t be surprised if this is the last of Loveless though. The way they presented the ending made it seem like this is going to be the end.

I think if you can overlook the yaoi parts of the series if you’re not a fan of it, then I would recommend watching all of Loveless. The character designs are nice and it has Yuiko. Although it ends with many holes, it is still an entertaining series.

Gunlex: This episode definately lives up to the name “Warless”. I thought it was just going to be some filler episode for a while. It would have been weird to put in a filler episode at this point in the series. The preview made me think there would be lots of Yuiko in this episode. We do get more Yuiko than usual, but I was expecting more. When Yuiko was asking Ritsuka to go to Yokohama together we could see her tail wagging happily. I thought that was a nice touch, really fits Yuiko’s character. This was a fun episode to watch. It has a filler-feel to it but there’s some important development in it as well. I guess it’s the calm before the storm.

Gunlex: This episode wraps up the conflict involving Kouya and Yamato. I thought they used some great BGM’s in this episode. One can only hope they’re included in the OST. We’re treated to some yuri goodness as well. I doubt we’ll see Kouya and Yamato anymore in the series, but I can’t help but wish things will work out for them. Gotta love the last scene with Kouya and Yamato.　(*´д｀*)

Gunlex: Hurray for more yuri! Thanks to Youji and Natsuo we learn more about the whole deal with sacrifices and whatnot. They brought up a good point, since Soubi was with Seimei aka Beloved and Ritsuka is Loveless, who is the other person that holds the name Loveless. Lots of stuff in this episode. I look foward to the next one.

Gunlex: We finally get some yuri in the series. It’s just too bad we’ve been lacking Yuiko scenes. I thought the new zero’s comment on Yuiko’s breasts was pretty funny. The scene with the previous zero was pretty entertaining too.

Gunlex: To sum this episode up, not enough Yuiko. The nail through the hand was unexpected though. Now that Zero is staying with Soubi, I wonder if they will end up siding with Soubi and Ritsuka. I’m looking foward to the OST for Loveless. This series has some good music.

Gunlex: Yuiko only made a brief appearance in the beginning of the episode. In exchange we see a lot more Katsuko. Then of course there’s the Painless duo. These two are just characters you love to hate. Damn kids.
