We still don’t know what happens when the Book of Darkness gets completed. With a name like that you know it can’t be something good. The only thing we’ve been told so far is “nothing good will come out of it”. With Lindy and crew now on Earth things should be quite interesting. It looks like Raging Heart and Bardiche will get the cartridge system too. I’m looking forward to see Nanoha and Fate use their upgraded weapons. Lots of stuff are still unanswered. For instance, we don’t know what role Hayate plays in all this. So far the series is more entertaining than the first season.

Things were looking good with both Alph and Fate taking on Vita. Then we see both Zafira and Signum interfere. It seems like the neither Fate nor Nanoha can hold their own against these new characters. Vita and Signum’s cartridge weapons completely outpower Raging Heart and Bardiche. We also get to see Shamal and her weapon. The first thing that came to mind when she called on her weapon was Lyserg from “Shaman King”. This season is already way more action-packed than season one.

The new season of anime is starting. I must say it’s off to a good start. This is the second season of Lyrical Nanoha. After watching the first episode I already think it has a lot of potential to be better than the first season. I think the music has improved this time around. I find the opening song to be quite catchy. One of the qualities of this series is its character designs. I’m glad to see that they were all kept consistent throughout the entire episode. My only real concern at this point is with only 13 episodes for this season would that be enough time to learn about all these new characters.
