Oku-sama wa Mahou Shoujo 3

Buruga shows up in this episode. My first impression of her? A total bitch. It seems like there’s more to Ureshiko’s ring than I first thought. The story is slowly progressing and the entertainment level is fairly high. Although I thought the previous episode was better, this one was pretty entertaining as well. There weren’t as many Ureshiko’s scenes as I had hoped for, but there’s always next week.

I found episode 2 to be a lot more entertaining than episode 1. We find out why Ureshiko can’t kiss anyone, even her husband. The story is entertaining and the character designs are nice. I can easily say this is one of the better series of this season. Ureshiko and Sayaka dueling it out with magic behind Tatsumi’s back while having a normal conversation was a pretty good scene. So far the series has just the right amount of comedy thrown into it. My only complaint with the series so far is Sayaka’s transformation sequence. It’s just so wrong considering she’s only 12. Oh, then of course there’re the male voices at the end of both Ureshiko and Sayaka’s transformation. It just ruins the whole thing. The good things about this series greatly outweigh the problems I have with this series so I look foward to future episodes.

Gunlex: Finally, a series where the female lead isn’t jail-bait. The story seems pretty interesting. It’s like Bewitched with fan service. I like the character designs for the series as well. The transformation sequence has loads of fan service. It will definately please the fans. The ending song is nice. I didn’t expect Inoue Kikuko herself to sing the ending song.
